My professional journey began in Canada where I earned a degree in Psychology. Since then I have completed a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy as well as certificates in both Mindfulness and Art Therapy. I work with a number of different issues including: anxiety, depression, bullying, bereavements, postnatal depression, eating disorders and suicide.
