I am a psychotherapist with a private practice at 22 Upper Baggot Street Dublin and Frederick Street Ashbourne Co Meath. I work with couples, individuals and adolescents having received specific training in these areas. My background is in nursing with over 20 years experience working with the HSE. Her background in art and design has facilitated her in practicing in a creative way ensuring safety and sensitivity to all ages and favouring elements of gestalt and mindfulness to assist clients when necessary.     She provides long-term therapy to clients who have experienced childhood developmental trauma, eating disorders, CSA and clerical abuse. Alternatively, she provides short-term therapy for those engaging in EAP work.
