I’m a fully qualified, pre-accredited humanistic and integrative psychotherapist working in Dublin City and online. I offer neurodivergence-affirmative therapy to adults who have been diagnosed early or late in life, are self-diagnosed, or are exploring the possibility and interested in learning more about themselves. I work with individuals, and draw on psychodynamic, existential, cognitive-behavioural, and Gestalt therapies, among others.

Heather (MA, MIAHIP, MIACP) is an accredited psychotherapist with 10 years experience, working with couples, adults and adolescents from diverse cultural backgrounds. She works in a humanistic integrative way  focusing on the primacy of the therapeutic relationship. Her background in art and design has facilitated her in practicing in a creative way ensuring safety and sensitivity to all ages and favouring elements of gestalt and mindfulness to assist clients when necessary.     She provides long-term therapy to clients who have experienced childhood developmental trauma, eating disorders, CSA and clerical abuse. Alternatively, she provides short-term therapy for those engaging in EAP work. Over the years Heather has worked with a wide spectrum of presenting issues from relationship difficulties, depression, post natal depression, anxiety, phobias, low self-esteem, loss, bereavement, bullying, self-harming and suicidal ideation.
