Hi, my name is Kristina and I wish you a warm welcome to my profile! I am an accredited counsellor and hypnotherapist, working both in person and online in Cork city centre. I specialise in working with general anxiety, social anxiety, separation anxiety, health anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, fears and phobias, low self-esteem, trauma, sleep issues, and stress management.
