She helped me to understand my mind better and to improve my sleep hygiene as wellDave, Ireland, 06 04 25

I had severe insomnia due to stress and could not figure it out how to overcome it. I've tried different medicines, however, nothing seemed to work. Then I went to Magda for consultation and she helped me to understand my mind better and to improve my sleep hygiene as well. She has taught me different techniques and tools which slowly helped to restore my sleep in a much healthier form. I recommend her to anyone who is struggling with a similar issue.

She not only “does the work” but teaches you how to do it yourselfLM, Ireland, 06 06 24

I have been one of Ashrina’s clients since October 2022 and would highly recommend her services. Ashrina is attentive, honest, and compassionate. If asked to pinpoint her primary strength, I would highlight her ability to inspire personal autonomy and the ability to self-reflect. She listens closely and is not judgemental. Her input is deliberate and serves a particular purpose, whether urging you to consider a different perspective or simply be kind to yourself. If I don’t understand why she has brought up a particular point or made a certain connection she is transparent with her reasoning and makes it easy for me to understand. She not only “does the work” but teaches you how to do it yourself. What I admire about Ashrina is that she is direct and doesn’t agree for the sake of it; she challenges me to question my perceptions, take accountability, and venture outside of my comfort zone. It is through her calm and logical manner that I know her words come from a place of respect and empathy. I am grateful for the work she does.
