I have been a therapist and a coach since 1997. Following training in Brief Therapy, Hypno-Psychotherapy, Coaching and NLP as well as a long background as a mindfulness meditation teacher, I have developed an integrated approach to therapy (I call it transformative therapy) which quickly resolves problems, quickly makes you feel better and gives you a new sense of self. I see or talk to people for between 1 and 12 sessions, though on average I see people for 4 ninety minute sessions.

In my Clinic, I help my clients with their personal issues, helping them over come their fears and phobias, addictions, compulsions, anxiety, depression, etc.As each person is an individual, each client receives a  CD. to help them overcome their issue which is personalised to them.I help a wide range of clientele ranging from school children suffering from anxiety brought on by bulling. teenagers with study motivation etc. clients with issues such as depression, work performance, sexual issues, etc.Each session is tailored to the individual client to get the best result for them.
