I have a BA in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I work in an integrative way and use different counselling styles and modalities in my practice depending on the client's individual needs. Clients experiencing difficulties with anxiety, stress, depression, grief, sexuality issues, relationship difficulties etc can benefit from counselling.  I also work with children from the age of 12 and adolescents. Children and adolescents can present with anxiety and identity issues as well as other difficulties. When I work with minors I will have an initial intake session with the parents and will continue to involve the parents in the process and will meet regularly with them.

Η Άντριαν Μενελάου απέκτησε το πρώτο της πτυχίο στην Φιλοσοφική Σχολή Ιωαννίνων στον κλάδο Φιλοσοφία, Παιδαγωγικά & Ψυχολογία από το 2006 εως το 2010. Ακολούθως, συνέχισε τις σπουδές της στο Λονδίνο, όπου έλαβε Πτυχίο Ψυχολογίας απο το University of East London (2010-2013). Τέλος, απέκτησε το μεταπτυχιακό της με ειδίκευση στην Κλινική Ψυχολογία από το Πανεπιστημίο Λευκωσίας στην Κύπρο (2013-2016).  Έχει εργαστεί ως κλινική ψυχολόγος με άτομα διαφόρων ηλικιών, με παιδιά, ενήλικες και ζευγάρια. Έχει βοηθήσει άτομα που αντιμετώπιζαν διάφορες καταστάσεις όπως αγχώδεις διαταραχές, διαταραχές της διάθεσης, διατροφικές διαταραχές, διαπροσωπικές δυσκολίες και διαταραχές συμπεριφοράς.
