I've been seeing the physiotherapist, Dan, for the last few weeks. He gave me treatment and exercises to do at home for my legs, arms and back. None of these were exhausting or difficult, but highly effective. You can do them at your own pace to fit in with your lifestyle, which is ideal when you're getting older. I'm finding daily duties in the home and garden much easier. The programme has increased my over all strength and stamina and proves it isn't always inevitable to give in to getting older. It's greatly reduced incidences of back pain which can be so debilitating, by strengthening those muscles and has succeeded where other therapies have not. It's a real game changer. Of course, he's very professional and pleasant and the surroundings are bright and clean.

I booked in with IQ following my knee replacement in December 2024, Serena Proctor managed my course, she is thorough and honest and pushes you to your limits, I was back in work in seven weeks thanks to her and my knee was fabulous, I had my second knee replacement 31.03.25, back to Serena for physio, again punishing but with excellent result, had an issue 05.06.25 when I had pushed myself to much and suffered a reaction, went to see Sally Allbrighton and she gave me a thorough examination and has put me back on track. From the minute you are greeted you are in professional hands, would highly recommend. I will visit regularly to keep myself in the best condition.
