None of these were exhausting or difficult, but highly effective. You can do them at your own pace to fit in with your lifestyle, which is ideal when you're getting older. I'm finding daily duties in the home and garden much easier. The programme has increased my over all strength and stamina and proves it isn't always inevitable to give in to getting older. It's greatly reduced incidences of back pain which can be so debilitating, by strengthening those muscles and has succeeded where other therapies have not. It's a real game changer.
