She originally trained as a professional dancer holding a scholarship place at Bridget Espinosa’s London Studio Centre, and was runner up for two successive years in The Cosmopolitan Young Dancer Award. As a professional dancer she developed an interest in exercise and rehabilitation and later worked closely with physiotherapist, Glenda Baum in the development of aqua exercise programmes. Celia trained over 2,000 midwives to deliver structured community Aqua natal programmes.

Michaels Reinhard

A child ice-skating champion in Hamburg, He trained as a dancer and actor, appearing in many West End and Broadway shows like West Side Story, Cabaret, Cats and Sweet Charity. But when an ankle injury forced him to retire, mirroring his role in A Chorus Line, he set up his own fitness and personal training company in New York which he ran for seven successful years.

Sabine Nave

She graduated in 2006 in London with a honours degree in physiotherapy; she is originally from Munich. She worked in senior NHS positions in various major trusts, The Royal London Hospital, Guys and St Thomas Hospital, Central London Community Health (Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea) and University Hospital Birmingham. She also worked in the in- and outpatients department at BMI Healthcare before mainly practicing in private clinics. She has been specialised in musculoskeletal/orthopaedic since 2008. She is preparing to return to part time study for her Masters degree in advanced neuromusculoskeletal physiotherapy.


BSc(hons), MPhty (Sports), Chartered Physiotherapist MCSP. Senior Supervisory Clinical Physiotherapist Nikki graduated as a physiotherapist from King’s College, London in 2000. After several years working in the NHS she moved to Australia to complete a Masters in Sports physiotherapy at the University of Queensland in 2003. She then went on to work in private practices in London’s Harley Street and several private clinics in Sydney. Nikki continued her interest in sports physiotherapy with involvement in amateur football, rugby and Australian Rules football clubs. She has also worked with dancers and actors in West End Musicals and National Theatre productions. More recently Nikki has been working in the City in private clinics and on site in investment banks, providing physiotherapy and ergonomic advice to employees. Nikki is a manual therapist and utilises treatments such as joint mobilisation and manipulation, myofascial release and muscle energy techniques as well as Acupuncture. Nikki is an advocate of Pilates rehabilitation and this has a strong influence on her physiotherapy practice. She has completed mat work training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) and equipment training with Polestar Pilates Institute. Nikki is a keen runner and having completed several marathons herself, she enjoys the challenge of helping clients overcome injuries to achieve their sporting goals.

Ms Paola Russell

BSc, MCSP. Physiotherapist Paola has gained her UK clinical experience at St George’s Hospital and the Royal Hospital for Neuro-Disability. She has experience in acute geriatric medicine and senior health within the NHS and extensive experience in neuro rehabilitation. She is a keen proponent of manual therapy techniques for musculoskeletal physiotherapy including myofascial release. Her commitment to professional development includes elbow and knee trauma and specialist study of injuries in classical dancers. Paola speaks fluent Spanish and English and has a welcoming warm and professional approach with her patients.
