Sally expertly advised me recently with a mystery pain in my buttock/back/leg that stopped me from all my normal activities and despite only being able to assess me via Zoom, due to the virus lockdown, identified the source of the pain. Omphysio practice provides excellent care and treatment. I have recently been attending the clinic following general surgery for a quadricep tendon rupture and patella avulsion fracture. The care and attention given across the practice and the various treatments from deep massage, to muscular scar repair and release, and propriocentric exercises to help with the overall recovery have been second to none. The practitioners take care to listen and encourage especially to the changing circumstances each week as the recovery cycle progresses and changes, and also to listen during the treatment sessions themselves as they work on the affected areas. I also attended the practice over 10 years ago for a double Achilles tendon rupture. The problem was fixed, has not re-occurred and I have been running pain-free since then. Overall a thorough recommendation.
