Omphysio practice provides excellent care and treatment. I have recently been attending the clinic following general surgery for a quadricep tendon rupture and patella avulsion fracture. The care and attention given across the practice and the various treatments from deep massage, to muscular scar repair and release, and propriocentric exercises to help with the overall recovery have been second to none. The practitioners take care to listen and encourage especially to the changing circumstances each week as the recovery cycle progresses and changes, and also to listen during the treatment sessions themselves as they work on the affected areas. I also attended the practice over 10 years ago for a double Achilles tendon rupture. The problem was fixed, has not re-occurred and I have been running pain-free since then. Overall a thorough recommendation.

Lucy is very warm and friendly; I feel very comfortable with her. she has explained in great detail why I have been wearing my support braces for so many years and has encouraged me to trust myself and to start believing that I will be ok without my support braces. I have not worn them for 3 days now, when I start to feel the shoulder pain, it reminds me to hold my core, and surprisingly enough the pain eases up. I received clear and concise advice about the cause of my condition and the required treatment from Amnish. He used Laser, acupuncture and manipulation for my pain. Due to the treatment and advice from Amnish, my Neck and Back pain including mobility are now significantly improved and I continue to exercise as he suggested. Should the issue return I would be very happy to once again receive treatment from Amnish. Nice looking treatment room and friendly staff add to the whole experience.
