Jehan Yehia
Biography:
Jehan qualified as a physiotherapist in 1996 and has spent many years working in both NHS, private and elite sports settings and now specialises in low back and sciatic pain.
She spent 6 years working in elite sport leading the Sports Medicine team for GB Kayak to BEIJING 2008 OLYMICS and working in the top Sports Medicine clinic in London.
With a Degree and a Masters in Sports Medicine she has worked with the top Sports Doctors and medical teams. She remains interested in research and keeping up to date with the current principles for management of injuries. She is in the process of researching strength training for lower back pain.
Jehan has completed Matwork Level 1 and Level 2 with the APPI. She can teach 1:1 and classes. She also uses concepts of strength training to design a rehabilitation programme.
Jehan is highly experienced and will be able to give you an accurate diagnosis followed by a schedule of 'hands on' treatment as well as a rehab programme to take you back to full fitness.
