I went for acupuncture at this clinic. I’m not sure if I got the results I was looking for, but the treatment certainly provided some measure of relief. Acupuncture isn’t about long-term solutions. I didn’t experience any pain during the treatment. Sessions were mostly fifteen minutes, but they could last up to half an hour. It’s a good clinic. Very professional. They charged me the market price. My therapist was very excellent and friendly. While the treatment didn’t solve my problem, I know they did their best to help.

How about the team? The receptionist and the other team members are wonderful people. They are friendly and they always greet us with a warm smile upon our arrival at the clinic. The environment and the ambience at the clinic are very conducive to healthy living and successful healing. The furniture and the decor are out of this world. The place looks very clean. I particularly like listening to the soft music streaming in the back ground. It does help to make you feel so good and so relaxing that you seem to forget what you went in for. Anticipating a hip replacement and needing to lose weight. I was given an appointment with a physio Dotty at the clinic for whom I coincidentally happened to receive a personal recommendation. At about the same time from another person, I had met at the Langton pool who had seen her himself regarding his rehab after a knee operation and speaks highly of her. Dotty helped me prepare mentally and physically for the operation. She has made special arrangements for me to be part of a beginners Pilates class which she runs so that I could start exercising appropriately from about a week after the operation. Dotty has used manipulation, massage to make walking easier and help the process of healing. Dotty acutely observes, assesses gait, has made recommendations about exercising in a swimming pool and on an exercise bike. My experience with everybody at the clinic has been marvellous. Including the receptionist Mash who took my original call and advised me in the first instance how Dotty would be able to help on diet. In fact, I have lost a stone but Dotty has not focused on weight loss specifically only increasing mobility, awareness and fitness by means of Pilates.
