All I can say is WOW. I have been to so many physios, chiros, osteopaths, sports therapists, masseurs, and even a few GP's for my various injuries and none of them have taken the time to examine me and test me as he did. He explained everything really well and came up with things none of the others did to help me. Don't waste your money seeing others he will help you more than most will.

Thank you for listening to my problem and for the treatment given. The lower back pain has improved but the pains in the right thigh and knee are more severe but hopefully, the exercises will take effect.

Pilates Clinic Retford is  run by a Chartered Physiotherapist in the centre of Retford; ideal for local residents and those in surrounding villages. Classes are on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings, and Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings. There is a maximum number of 11 clients to any 1 class, allowing for ongoing supervision. Progression to the next level only occurs when you are ready. If demand is sufficient, additional classes can be arranged; pregnancy specific, post-natal specific or stroke-rehabilitation specific are just a few examples. Treatment sessions for 2, 3 or 4 friends can also be arranged if desired. Classes are normally run as a course in blocks of 6 weeks; contact us now to find out when the next course starts and what spaces are available.  1:1 assessments and treatment sessions are continually available.

In the initial visit, Ian sorts out a recurring injury which had plagued me for over a decade. None of the other numbers of physios I'd seen during that time was able to l do that. I have been running problem-free ever since. I thoroughly endorse Elite Physio and recommend Ian to everyone.

I had been training in the gym and was feeling a bit tight in a few places. Met with Sophie who examined me and diagnosed what needed to be done. The sports massage was very effective as 4 days later I am still feeling the benefit. Sophie also identified a couple of other issues for me to be aware of and to start doing some specific exercises to improve the problem areas. Very good. The clinic is in a house, but from the receptionist to the Physio everyone was polite, friendly and very helpful.
