I had severe pain behind my right knee. I had a thorough examination of the knee, massage and ultrasound. The problem with my knee was identified quite quickly after good questions were asked. I was also shown various exercises to assist in my recovery. I chose the clinic as it’s close to where I live. I received a couple of phone calls prior to my attendance and various forms to read online so as to minimise my time in the reception area. The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful. Adam Chamberlain was the gentleman who I saw and found him to be polite, thorough and extremely professional throughout. I would recommend anyone who is suffering from injuries to give serious thought to utilising the service from Dpines.

Since moving to the area I have been a patient of Kristina's whenever I needed treatment but today has been my most astounding day yet. I damaged my back and woke up this morning with serious difficulty, checked her website and found that she had a cancellation. Although as I left the pain was still such that Kristina still had to put one of my shoes back on for me (and I must say that her abilities as a shoe horn are second to none!!) she told me that things should gradually improve. By lunchtime I was pain-free and that has remained. A stunning result. Thank You

Health Kinesiology (HK) is a specific branch of kinesiology developed in the 1970’s, which uses muscle testing/monitoring combined with verbal questioning as a means of communicating with a person’s energy system and determining what the body needs in order to restore balance and wellbeing. A wide range of different procedures are available and muscle testing is used to identify the priority order so as to ensure a smooth healing process. Commonly used procedures include the use of magnets, crystals, flower essences, essential oils or the client may be asked to focus on specific thoughts or phrases to help alleviate limiting beliefs/fearful thought patterns. HK can also be used to test for and re-balance BioEnergetic disturbances that occur in reaction to particular substances (or allergens), such as specific foods, chemicals, pollens etc. Sometimes muscle testing identifies lifestyle changes (eg to the diet or work/home environment) that are needed to help support the healing process.
