I found Nick Birch understood my problem from the start of the appointment, having had a conversation with me beforehand. He took note of the way I was moving and explained the causes, did a thorough bone density scan and gave me a run-down on the meanings of the various measurements on the diagrams. He told me that the way forward would be to have exercises and stretches and as I had been to Sarah on previous occasions to have further physio appointments with her. Later the same day he followed up with a letter to me confirming his analysis and recommended treatment and letting me know the letter would also go to other parties involved, including my GP. I was very heartened by my visit which has given me renewed determination to do my part in improving my condition.

I have been so pleased to become one of Caroline Morrish's patients. She has set me on the right road to recovery. She came again today and I have booked a further appointment for 7th December.

Excellent treatment from Alan Taylor. I had an extremely painful knee and couldn't stand or walk on it without support. Alan is caring, attentive, and professional. I felt as if he was really listening. My surgery had diagnosed me over the phone and sent exercises in an email without a proper diagnosis or examination. I felt very much at ease and confident being treated by this highly skilled physiotherapist. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Prices are reasonable and included a scan, which was reassuring and helpful with the diagnosis.

Excellent consultation, even though there were no free appointments Paul managed to squeeze me in. His diagnosis was very clear and I was given exercises to target my particular injury.

I arrived a little early and was seen early. The physio I saw was very professional, and put his finger straight on the problem and explained it in a way that made perfect sense of things I've noticed for years. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Kristina enough. She has done wonders for me, from Physio to actually teaching me to stand, sit, and walk. I honestly owe her quite a bit. Her advice has helped me to manage chronic low back pain and come out on the other side and her treatment has helped me immensely. When the NHS physio sent me home saying I had 80% of shoulder movement and this was fine, in one session Kristina restored movement to almost normal. I have referred several people to her and they have all said the same, magic hands, great personality and professionalism.
