I had a whiplash injury to my right shoulder and upper arm from an incident at work. From past experience I know that these injuries are best treated straight away, so rather than waiting 2 weeks for a doctors appointment, then referral to an already overwhelmed NHS physio’s waiting list, I called around a few places, and this one seemed the best and able to fit me in the following morning. Brilliant, I received a very accommodating and professional service. Laura my physiotherapist listened and enquired as to the finer details of my injury and explained what had happened within the muscle structure. She then did some deep tissue massage to rectify the damage and gave me some advice on exercises to do to help keep it supple until the next appointment.

Chris is very thorough in his approach and very careful and gentle in his practice. It is the second time I have seen Chris for different treatments over several years and I feel I am in safe hands. I recommend him.

I’d been in pain with plantar fasciitis for six months and it was really getting me down. On my first visit to the clinic my condition was assessed and I was fitted with orthotics. Jonathan (chiropractor) was reassuring, friendly and experienced. Through a series of various treatments, including acupuncture, the condition has improved immeasurably, I can now walk without pain and feel so relieved that it is no longer holding me back.
