Our team of highly skilled Physiotherapists have been working for NHS and Private Sector in close liaison with GPs and Consultants and have been looking after the health of the community for last 15 years. We thoroughly evaluate, diagnose & treat conditions like low back pain, neck pain and tension headaches, shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand, hip, knee and ankle pain; sports injuries, work  or whiplash accidents, arthritis and Post Fracture and Post-operative Surgery Rehabilitation. We advise on management of pain and use evidence-based techniques like Manual therapy, acupuncture, kinesio-taping, exercise program and rehabilitation and latest healing technologies like Shockwave therapy and Ultrasound to restore your health and function. Our Extended Scope Physiotherapist specialises in musculoskeletal injuries, diagnosing patient conditions and administering injections (cortisone and hyaluronic acid). Our Extended Scope Physiotherapist also refers for appropriate diagnosis i.e MRI, X-Rays and Ultrasound to Hampshire Clinic and Candover Clinic in Basingstoke ONLY. We are open Monday-Friday: 08.00-21.00 and Saturday: 09.00-17.00. We are recognized by all major Health Insurance Companies and also accept self-referrals

All our degree level therapists are also level three advanced personal trainers, we are experts in sport and exercise science and rehabilitation.

This is the first time we meet. Most people are a bit nervous but there's nothing to be worried about we don't bite. It's a good idea to wear shorts and a lose training top if male, and shorts and strapless top if female. This enables us to have a good look at your spine and posture if needed. However for some treatments and assessments we may ask you to remove your top, this enables us to better asses the condition or injury. Assessment: This first takes the form of a detailed chat, where we gather all the important information about your condition and any related information that could prove useful in treating you. This includes your past medical history and the history of your injury. We then move on to more physical assessment, looking at posture, functional movements, muscle tests, ligament stability tests and neuromuscular (nerve) tests where appropriate.Diagnostic: All the information gathered from the assessment is then used to formulate a diagnosis (we tell you whats wrong). We will then give you some treatment options and advise you on how working together we intend to treat the injury/condition. We will also give you a time frame for recovery. Rehabilitation: Depending on your condition rehabilitation may become a large part of your recovery. We will give you the tools, understanding and guidance to manage your injury.
