This is the second time I have been to Tim for treatment. Twice, because I knew from the first visit, that he would help me work through my pain and restrictive movement of a frozen shoulder, and I would have quick and effective results. Angela is very welcoming and a good listener. She makes me feel at ease and explains everything clearly. The session really allowed me the time and space to learn about my problem and how to fix it with some massage treatment and at-home exercises. I definitely felt her attention to detail and to me as an individual and I don't get any sense of being asked back for further in-house treatment where unnecessary.

Dr John Zhang is caring but most importantly his treatments are professional. I contacted his practice at short notice and was given an appointment to help me manage my neck pain. The treatment was so effective so I booked another treatment 2 days in a row! Highly recommended.

I went to see Tony at A W Physio summer of 2019 as I had constant lower back pain from facet joint degeneration which I have had for several years (I am 61 years of age). I have tried many treatments over the years but after seeing Tony for acupuncture and ultrasound my pain is much reduced. He gave me exercises to strengthen my core and so alot of it is down to me now to discipline myself to do them as I know the longer-term outcome is dependent on this strength work. Tony is a lovely guy, will make you feel at ease and wants to help. I would certainly recommend his clinic.

Kate Lewis is simply a magician! I went to the practice off of a very positive referral to see if they could help me with acute sciatica that was rendering me almost unable to move without squealing in pain. I had an appointment with Kate within 24 hours and after 5 sessions with her in a 3 week period, I was almost completely healed! Kate took her time during the first part of the first session to understand exactly where and how the condition had set in and was sympathetic with her first treatment, then progressively applied more techniques through the next sessions. It almost feels miraculous to be where I am after such a short period of time and I cannot recommend Kate highly enough. It took me over 50 years to visit a chiropractor and I will definitely make a habit of this now. Thank you, Kate.

Excellent treatment. Very professional and was given an appointment the same day. After two treatments I was back on the golf course, hopefully, the lower back problem is fixed.

I visited Julie in desperation to help me with my cluster headaches. Never did I know how rare, complicated and severe the condition was before I was diagnosed. The doctors couldn't even help but the neurologists could only help manage my attacks. Just 3 sessions of acupuncture and herbal medicine have improved my condition by 80%. Went to see Mark and my tennis elbow was diagnosed immediately. Fantastic friendly service, easy to book. James was also very good from previous injuries. Definitely recommend.

Mike really knows his stuff and has helped me with several issues. When I recently had ongoing pain in one hip he prescribed certain exercises to strengthen the surrounding muscles, which has completely resolved the problem. Highly recommended.
