Ruth is a Chartered Physiotherapist in Sports and Exercise Medicine and in Musculoskeletal Medicine. She has over 18 years experience and works with a number of top consultants in Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine and Chronic Pain. She has worked with two of Ireland’s National teams and has toured with Riverdance. She works with junior and senior athletes at County, National and International level. She founded the Enniskerry Physiotherapy Clinic in 2001.

Dara is a chartered physiotherapist specialising in Women’s Health, Continence and Sports and Exercise Medicine. She has over 20 years experience working with a wide range of conditions from sports injuries and muscoskeletal problems to neurological conditions such as spinal injuries, CVA’s and multiple Sclerosis and their associated problems including difficulties with continence.Dara has spent 15 years giving ante-natal and post-natal classes as well as promoting continence and well-being in the area of women’s health. As a mother of four and having worked in The Rotunda Maternity Hospital as well as alongside other maternity hospitals, Dara brings a wealth of experience in supporting women’s needs both during child-bearing and into later years.

Mark Davies is a Chartered Physiotherapist in Sports and Exercise Medicine. He has worked at a high level in sport treating athletes at National and International level. He has a great depth of experience in the treatment of Chronic Pain and receives referrals from a number of pain clinics in Ireland. Prior to Physiotherapy, Mark worked as a professional session musician, and subsequently has a keen interest in overuse and repetitive strain injuries amongst musicians.
