This was incredibly effective and the pain was much easier by the next dayGillian, Ireland, 17 10 23

I contacted Paul with Achilles tendonitis, experiencing tenderness of the heel and stiffness in the back of the leg making walking very difficult and painful. I had sprained my ankle 3 months earlier and walking since then had been difficult. An X-ray showed no break. He arranged a speedy appointment after a few WhatsApp exchanges. He advised dry needle treatment and some ultra sound afterwards. This was incredibly effective and the pain was much easier by the next day. He followed up the treatment with a suggestion for extra stretching exercises for the foot and ankle, also brilliant and effective. I live a couple of hours away from the clinic but the treatment was well worth the journey. I found Paul online and checked out his credentials. He was very professional and had a nice approachable manner. My treatment cost €60 for the session. Great result.

I am now able to walk again without a limp and without painGeraldine, Ireland, 02 08 19

A very good therapist. I was surprised at how quickly my ankle injury improved. I was in a lot of discomforts for almost three months following a fractured ankle, torn ligaments, bruised bones and damaged tendons. Huge improvement after just two sessions. I am now able to walk again without a limp and without pain. Would highly recommend.

Exercise Therapy €40 - €70
Exercise therapy uses specific stylised movements to improve the way the body functions. It focuses on moving the body and its different parts to relieve symptoms and improve mobility – and of course levels of fitness.

Dry Needling €40 - €70
In the treatment of trigger points for patients with myofascial pain syndrome, dry needling is a procedure in which a very fine needle is inserted into the skin and muscle directly at a myofascial trigger point. After dry needling, the area in the muscle which has been treated feels much softer and relaxed and the patient will feel much looser.
