I was fortunate to have found Martin in 2019. For twenty-five years I'd had a knee injury which after some years also affected my hip. Martin put me on the right track and informed me of key information which I had been lacking before. My knee and hip no longer give me trouble and my prognosis appears very good, whereas decades earlier I had been advised that I would likely need further cortisone injections and possible knee replacement. I am twenty years older than when I received that advice, and I have enjoyed much better mobility and pain-free thanks to Martin.

I saw Fiona after my GP recommended that I go for a physio assessment. I was complaining of various aches and pains from sports injuries. Fiona thoroughly examined me, reassured me that all was ok and that my complaints were par for the course with my particular sport. She emphasised to me the importance of warming up/cooling down and stretching properly. Fiona had come recommended to me. I was delighted to be seen promptly and Fiona facilitated me with a late appointment.

I had a fall a year ago where I skidded on gravel and injured my right wrist, elbow and shoulder. Two months later my shoulder had not improved and was very painful. I went to Tim and had six sessions over the following ten weeks. The result was absolutely wonderful. My shoulder was completely pain-free and restored to normality, and a year later continues to be absolutely trouble-free. I cannot recommend Tim highly enough.
