I heard about Virginia from my sister, who had been attending her for a while. It was the best experience from the beginning. Virginia was professional and thorough during the initial assessment and throughout the treatments. Virginia provided a timeline and overview of my treatment plan, to which she adhered. There has been a significant improvement in my overall body, health and mood. I couldn’t recommend her more for her wonderful treatment.

I contacted Paul with Achilles tendonitis, experiencing tenderness of the heel and stiffness in the back of the leg making walking very difficult and painful. I had sprained my ankle 3 months earlier and walking since then had been difficult. An X-ray showed no break. He arranged a speedy appointment after a few WhatsApp exchanges. He advised dry needle treatment and some ultra sound afterwards. This was incredibly effective and the pain was much easier by the next day. He followed up the treatment with a suggestion for extra stretching exercises for the foot and ankle, also brilliant and effective. I live a couple of hours away from the clinic but the treatment was well worth the journey. I found Paul online and checked out his credentials. He was very professional and had a nice approachable manner. My treatment cost €60 for the session. Great result.
