Just had a treatment with the wonderful Randal Pinto (acupuncturist of 24 years) and I'm feeling relaxed and optimistic about my health after the acupuncture. The clinic is warm and inviting with a small-town friendly feel. Parking is so easy (just behind Sainsbury's) two minutes from Attend 2 Health. If I went to my GP he would ask what's wrong with me (emphasizing that he could only treat the one problem, time constraints etc.). I know with acupuncture that I'm being asked how I am in general, the therapist building up a picture of how I'm functioning, and then treating me for my overall good, targeting symptoms that bother me. Such a wise investment. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Ammars Kollegin (Betül), die die Sitzung für mich durchgeführt hat, hatte das Gefühl, als wären ihre Hände aus Seide. Sie weiß sehr gut, wie sie dabei helfen kann zur Reduzierung von Schwellungen und zur Erholung nach Fettabsaugungen.

Trigger point therapy is a soft tissue technique, similar to a short, yet specific massage. It focuses on working out singular tight points within muscles, rather than the muscle as a whole, to remove waste products and allow for muscle relaxation. Both doctors typically include a brief session of trigger point therapy in addition to traditional chiropractic care, though can also perform a session entirely of trigger points.
Posture Management  
Posture, especially in the workplace and in sports, can lead to repetitive stress injuries damaging joints and tightening muscle groups. Both our doctors can help with any particular concerns you may have regarding your posture.
