She has an excellent experienced background having worked with numerous boxers, actors, professional dancers and singers. As a former county level sprinter a current runner and Pilates instructor, Zarah is empathetic with her fellow sporting clients. She is able to draw upon personal experience in order to help others recover from injury as quickly as possible and looks for ways to prevent recurrence of these injuries.
