Found a clinic on FB advertising an hour consultation for only £29. Lovely, Quiet, Clean, Friendly and Welcoming environment awaited me. I had a very comprehensive, unrushed diagnosis of my achelles' heel pains and the source of the pain was diagnosed - posture and back. The source of the pain worked on, which has reduced the Achilles pains tremendously. I've gone from managing a maximum of 4000 steps before stopping in pain, to 10,000+ with no pain. Bonus my back also feels stronger! The team are fabulous, Amanda & Ryan amazing, what they do is AMAZING. Value for Money. Well, it's working!

I booked in with IQ following my knee replacement in December 2024, Serena Proctor managed my course, she is thorough and honest and pushes you to your limits, I was back in work in seven weeks thanks to her and my knee was fabulous, I had my second knee replacement 31.03.25, back to Serena for physio, again punishing but with excellent result, had an issue 05.06.25 when I had pushed myself to much and suffered a reaction, went to see Sally Allbrighton and she gave me a thorough examination and has put me back on track. From the minute you are greeted you are in professional hands, would highly recommend. I will visit regularly to keep myself in the best condition.
