Went to the first consultation and was asked for my details, problem description, accident history and any other problems I may have, I then had an examination. and was relieved to hear that something could be done with my hip problem, and an extra problem he found in my lower spine that I forgot to mention. I also felt relaxed and thought it was a good value, and looking forward to my next visit.

I was referred to Suchit and his team after a road traffic accident, the service was prompt, polite and very efficient. They are all very well qualified. And helped me with further sessions. Joe, MY physio has been superb and has fixed my whiplash to a very bearable pain degree. I am still under his care, and I'm sure this will go to 0 in the near future. We also used Suchit in a private capacity, for a home visit after my landlord was discharged from hospital surviving covid, Suchit once again came through with reassurance, advice and apparatus to use during his post-recovery. I highly recommend this company and their skills and service.

Accommodating as best could with preferred time for treatment. After booking I received a text message with the exact directions to the clinic. Julia gave me a detailed explanation of what was about to happen with the mole/tag removal treatment, checked on me throughout and gave advice on aftercare. I have booked another mole/tag removal appointment as the others will take longer and am very much looking forward to booking facial treatments.

Approach I believe that each person is an individual and has their own unique set of life experiences beliefs history and needs. With this in mind the initial aim of treatment is to relieve the symptoms that cause discomfort and make every day activities difficult. Next I turn my attention to the factors giving rise to and maintaining the symptoms. For example an injury to your knee might also affect the foot hip and spine. As osteopaths we seek to understand why the knee has become injured; why has the injury occurred at this time; why the injured knee effects other areas distant to the knee e.g. foot hip or spine. Once I have developed an understanding of your condition I will discuss it with you and agree a treatment plan that will include advice on exercise posture nutrition and lifestyle. During treatments I usually use a combination of techniques including soft tissue massage muscle stretches and gentle joint mobilisations. Along the way I explain what I am doing how it will help your recovery advise you on exercises that you can do yourself and how to avoid further injury or pain. Such a professional and friendly clinic! I am totally amazed and pain-free from just one session - I have been going to a chiropractor for months for pain in my shoulder. Also to BUPA who suggested an injection that I was not too happy about having. I only see Julian, always greeted with a smile, he is always brilliant and sorts my back out - it might take a few sessions but give it a chance. He took over Mario about 5 years ago but in my personal view, he is better and has brought a more modern view on the way he treats his patients. 5 stars.

Osteopathy is an established, recognised system of diagnosis and treatment that lays its main emphasis on the structural integrity of the body. It is distinctive in the fact that it recognises much of the pain and disability we suffer stems from abnormalities in the function of the body structure as well as damage caused to it by disease. It uses many of the diagnostic procedures used in conventional medical assessment and diagnosis. Its main strength however lies in the unique way the patient is assessed from a mechanical, functional and postural standpoint and the manual methods of treatment applied to suit the needs of the individual patient.
