About Chiltern Osteopathic Practice

The Chiltern Osteopathic Practice is a professionally run osteopathy clinic with a reputation for providing a high level of patient care. We treat people of all ages who consult us for a wide variety of conditions in our modern, comfortable treatment rooms.

We are open six days a week, including three evenings and endeavor to offer appointments within 24 hours of enquiry. We have plenty of easily accessible parking.

Biography:

Paul graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine London in 1993 and established the Chiltern Osteopathic Practice thereafter. He returned to the British College of Osteopathic Medicine to lecture on a part-time basis for eight years.

Paul is regional communication coordinator for the General Osteopathic Council representing Buckinghamshire, also a member of the Institute of Osteopathy. He is also the organiser for the local South Buckinghamshire Osteopathic Group, and a member of BBENSCH Post Graduate Society for Osteopaths.

Biography:

Nico began his journey in 2011 when he became a massage therapist. He then started his career in Osteopathy and Naturopathy graduating in 2016 from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine and is now a member of the General Osteopathic Council.

During his training he also worked as a sports massage therapist in several London clinics where he developed a keen interest in the movement, posture and balance of our bodies, also how sport, work and stress can affect how our bodies deal with those issues. Nico has a particular interest in nutrition, gastrointestinal disturbances and food intolerance’s which he likes to approach and treat with combination of different osteopathic techniques as well as diet and lifestyle changes.

Biography:

Neil qualified in 2003 from the BCOM, where he also gained qualifications in Naturopathy and Visceral Osteopathy.

He has been with the Harpenden practice since 2005. During this time he has developed a wide range of treatment modalities. He has a particular interest in the treatment of sports-related injuries.

Biography:

Ginelle is a friendly and supportive osteopath, whose main aim is to help decrease the pain that her patients are experiencing whilst ensuring that they fully understand the cause of their pain and how her treatment will help them. She promotes osteopathy as an efficient way of treating musculoskeletal and visceral symptoms as well as a method of preventing symptoms from reoccurring. She has so far succeeded in helping many people throughout all stages of life.

Ginelle’s passion for osteopathy began at the age of 13 when she herself experienced the tremendous benefits that osteopathic treatment can have on all areas of the body. Having graduated with a masters in Osteopathic Medicine in 2014 from Leeds University, she now wants to show others how osteopathy can improve their quality of life and wellbeing.

Ginelle has a keen interest in ante/post-natal treatment, sporting injuries and in helping patients cope with the natural processes of degeneration. She regularly completes additional courses including kinesio tape training, meaning that her treatment plans can be tailored uniquely for each patient using a wide variety of technique approaches.

Biography:

Kimberley qualified from the University College of Osteopathy, London with a Master’s Degree in Osteopathy. She enjoys treating a wide range of people (from young to senior adults) with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Her treatment combines a structural approach with gentle stretching and soft tissue techniques. Kimberley tailors each treatment approach to the individual patient and offers exercises, lifestyle advice and taping if required.
