Myofascial Release €30 - €60
Fascia is a slightly mobile connective tissue which creates a three-dimensional web extending continuously from the top of the head to the tips of the toes, without interruption. It surrounds and infuses with every organ, bone, nerve and blood-vessels.  As a result of trauma, inflammation, or poor posture, fascia has a tendency to become solidified and shortened. It will tend to organize itself along the lines-of-tension imposed upon it. Due to its body-wide continuity this effect can sometimes produce seemingly bizarre and apparently unrelated clinical symptoms and dysfunctions throughout a patients body. Scar-tissue can create extensive dysfunction within the fascial-system and can often have far reaching effects throughout the body. Even the smallest scar may be just the tip of the iceberg of fascial dysfunction. Myofascial release uses gentle forces to release these restrictions and lines-of-tension, thus restoring more normal movement and function, to the whole body.
Back Pain Treatment
Do not do chiropractic treatment, but dont know how to remove this from my profile
Spinal Manipulation
Do not do Spinal Manipulation. Manipulation means to change, and I can certainly change spinal alignment to help restore the spine to optimum position, by gentle techniques such as muscle energy technique (MET), that uses gentle and very specific positioning of the spine, pelvis, sacroiliac joints (SIJ) and other peripheral joints in the arm, legs, and torso including the ribs & sternum, and gentle specific muscular effort on the part of the patient, that bring all these joints back into normal position. Also use gentle joint mobilization techniques for this purpose. Most importantly use other techniques such as visceral mobilization, myofascial release and biodynamic craniosacral technique to help the body in removing strain patterns, that generally lead to these joint alignment issues, to allow for long-term resolution of the persons pain. Unless the underlying causes are addressed, the symptoms usually are not resolved or return quickly. So you wont have to go week after week for re-alignments.

Included in physiotherapy treatment or in massage session. This technique is used to stretch tense muscles and relieve contractures, and can be painful.Deep tissue massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas. It uses mostly the same strokes as in classic massage therapy, with slower movement and deeper pressure, concentrated on areas of tension and pain.

Osteopath Consultation
Stresses and strains can accumulate over time and symptoms may begin somewhat insidiously. The Osteopath works with structural imbalances that are present in the body to restore a state of physical balance. Patients often report improvement in many areas of their health. Most people associate osteopathy with back and spinal care for which it can prove to be an effective solution for helping with associated pain. Mechanical problems in the structure of the body can not only lead to aches or pains in the joints, tissues, muscles etc. but it can also lead to disturbances in the internal organs and the way they work. Irregular function may impair blood circulation or lymphatic drainage, and disrupt the nerve supply to any part of the body, thus having a detrimental effect on health. Osteopaths use a wide range of “hands on” techniques to identify, diagnose and treat dysfunction in the body in order to restore the body’s structure and function to a state of balance so that the healing process can be accelerated, thereby improving vitality and general health. Osteopathy does far more than care for back pain and postural irregularities. It also deals with a wide array of issues such as: migrainesheadachesdigestive problemsperiod problemsrespiratory problemsvulnerability to infections due to a depleted immune systemIt has a calming affect on the nervous system and can help with fatigue, mood swings or depression, disturbed sleep. It can help people resolve emotional issues such as anger, grief, depression.
