Deep tissue massage 1 hour €80 I've never had a massage before and wasn't sure what to expect. I've had problems with my shoulder for years and my GP recommended therapeutic massage. Liz was absolutely brilliant, she put me at ease straight away and explained everything step by step. Would highly recommend, in fact, I've booked another appointment.

I have been attending consistently for almost a year now, and have found her to be a huge part of my recovery journey. I was feeling unwell both physically and mentally. Bogusia has worked with me initially week by week, then bi-weekly, and gradually reducing the frequency. Bogusia discusses how you are feeling, and what your concerns are confidentiality at the start of the session, and you choose your own treatment, or Bogusia can recommend what she feels is appropriate for you on that day. She is very easy to talk with, in a relaxed and welcoming room. There are times I call wanting a specific treatment, or times I am guided by Bogusia, and all treatments leave me feeling relaxed and well afterwards. Bogusia has also suggested positive lifestyle changes, dietary supplements and healthy habits and routines as she goes above and beyond and takes a holistic approach to ones well being where the treatments and lifestyle changes complement each other. I have had Foot Reflexology, Sorensons Facial Reflexology and Hot Stone Reflexology, Pregnancy Reflexology, as well as Access Bars and Back Massage. I would highly recommend Bogusia for any treatment. She is a lovely, welcoming and calm person; with great health suggestions and advice.

Consultation was basically very tidy. The atmosphere was very welcoming. Andrea was very professional with lots of questions and valuations and then proceeded to explain what could be done what was involved and explain the pluses and minuses. This made me feel very comfortable. Going forward today and I have to say I feel quite comfortable after the treatment.

I recently had a gastric bypass and lost 8 stone I was very lucky to find this site just by searching online. I have to say I had lost a huge amount of muscles with the weight loss and decided to treat myself and see how my body was doing. I was unbelievably happy with the care and treatment I got from well experience masseuse and the feedback she gave me around my muscle loss and the encouragement going forward. I definitely will be going back for more, one of the best massage I ever had. Not only did she help my body to recover, she also made me stop and think about how in the name of god I got this far without probably looking after my self, mind, body and soul. It was as if she stopped the madness and gave me back the gift of life so if you don't mind, I have to give credit where credit is due. I've been to many places all my life looking for quick fixes for my mental health and a lot of things did suppress my inner demons. I do believe everything happens for reasons and how I got a particular date, time or place with the odds stacked against me, I can't explain but so powerful. She made me look into my inner self that day and I will be grateful for that the rest of my life. Miracles do happen if you let them.
