I have been going to the practice for almost 14years and it was the best thing I ever have done. I am now seeing Gemma who has made a great difference to my back of late.

I have used their services before with excellent result. Had an emergency appointment at a short notice for which I was very grateful. The treatment was excellent and hopefully, the result will also be good. So far it looks very promising. Excellent friendly and knowledgeable therapist! Can highly recommend it!

I hurt my back June 2022 just moving a garden ornament for a friend. After trying an Osteopath without success, both myself and my wife, both in our seventies, decided to try a Chiropractor to help with our problems. There is a very pleasant and relaxed feeling about practice. All the staff are very friendly and professional. After my 1st consultation, I was offered an x-ray which proved that I had nothing major wrong with my back. The rest of my treatment involved manipulation and massage, after 6 treatments I felt able to get back on with my life and thankfully have been virtually pain free.

I was treated by Antonio who has a very professional approach. He followed it up with an informative email and phone call regarding possible treatment for my persistent back ache. Unfortunately, there is no quick or easy solution to this kind of problem which is mostly brought on by age and therefore due to wear and tear. Antonio suggested exercise and possibly acupuncture to help with the pain. I shall continue with my Yoga class. If this proves inadequate I shall go back to the Horder for acupuncture sessions.

I booked an appoint with Becky form Back to Balance as I was having issues with my hip and groin. Becky gave me a thorough examination and suggested that she took X-rays of my hip. On the second appointment, Becky explained what the issue was and suggested a course of treatment. Becky was thorough with the treatment ensuring that the affected areas received special attention. Six weeks later, I can definitely notice the difference. Would I recommend Back to Balance? Without hesitation. Becky and her team are professional and care about the patients. Having received treatment for a running-related injury, I can recommend paying Core a visit. Lola was so helpful and professional in her advice and treatment. She makes you feel relaxed and explains in detail what treatment she will be providing. I received additional information such as stretching, strength training and video information to aid my rehab. She'll be the first I'll contact if anything breaks down again. A real star! Thanks Lola :-)
