"He’s as excited as me when I make more and more improvement"

Treatment Received: Chiropractor Consultation
Seeing Mike has changed the way I move. I no longer take 6 painkillers a day. I no longer live in fear of even small movements bringing on muscle spasms. He’s as excited as me when I make more and more improvement. He gives me tips on new exercises that are safe for me to try and we try them out before I leave after a treatment. After 20 years of back problems (serious accident), I am becoming adventurous again. It's amazing! So a big thank you from me. Also to Beccy who was my first therapist at Back 2 Balance and who started me on the good path to a normal life. Because of a change of work pattern, I had to very reluctantly move my appointment days and they didn’t fit with Beccy’s days. She recommended Mike. I’m so glad she did.

I came to Back to Balance on the recommendation of a friend. I'd tried every form of back treatment I could find. Had become resigned to not doing anything in terms of bending or sport because of intense muscle spasms which were so easily triggered by back movement. So my expectations were low. That was 3 years ago. Rebecca very slowly but surely did gentle adjustments each treatment. Nothing scary, but actually made quite big changes to my flexibility. I could exercise more at home. Then my working days changes and I could no longer see Rebecca. Very sad! But I've been seeing Mike for past 6 months and he's just as good. I can only say try them.
