I had sex change surgery from female to male from Dr. Khawaja at CSSC International. First surgery was breast removal. Breasts were converted to male type. Second surgery was penis formation and third was testes formation. I wanted a large penis and it was 8 inches long. All 3 surgeries were done in local anaesthesia. I went home after every surgery. I was quite comfortable during and after surgery. There was no bleeding and minor swelling after the operation. Later on in a 4th surgery, I got Penile Implant. It was also done in local anaesthesia with no hospital stay. I am quite happy with my results, and I am planning to move abroad and get married to my girlfriend. Got my male ID card and passport.
