I am in my early fifties and I had premature over-aging of my face, with skin sagging, folds, deep smile lines, deep vertical and transverse forehead lines and lower eye bags, and doubling of upper eyelid skin. The procedure was done in local anesthesia. It was easy and painless. It took around 3 hours. The procedure was done amazingly under local anaesthesia. I was completely awake during the procedure, which was completely painless even afterwards. There was a small cut, around one and a half inch underneath each breast with few absorbable stitches. The implants were round in shape and not heavy like the gel-filled implants.
