I have been using reading glasses for 6 years since the age of 42. My eye disorder was so advanced that I could not even see inside my car without glasses and see anything while I was driving. I also had a little bit of astigmatism. I have researched LASIK or Presbyopia Lasik surgery a lot, but all the doctors I went, they told me that they could not perform LASIK surgery and I should have lens replacement. So I did not want to have cataract surgery at this young age and after my research, I learned that there may be a lot of side effects related to Cataract surgery, I decided not to have Cataract surgery. In June 2019 when I was 48 years old, I met with Dr.Oktay Kumral and he suggested me Presbyopia LASIK surgery and I learned that He was one of the most experienced laser eye surgeons in Europe. He gave me very detailed information about the procedure. After I learned that the Excimer Laser equipment used by Dr.Oktay Kumral is the state of the art technology. Finally, I decided to have Laser surgery. Dr.Oktay Kumral did my Presbyopia Lasik Surgery within 15 minutes, and I started to read and see without glasses right after the operation! He also treats my Astigmatism at the same time. I did not experience much pain, aches or problems during and after the surgery. It was truly an amazing experience for me. Now I can read everything without glasses and now my quality of life is the same as before. I would like to recommend Dr Kumral for every Presbyopia Patients who want to get rid of Reading Glasses. I wanted to do Lasik done as I wanted to get rid of specs. I went to Seedi Eye Care hospital where they treated me very well. They explained me about lasik procedure. It is a 15_20min procedure. After the surgery I can see clearly. I am very happy with the results.

From the get-go, the communication and response time was great. I was fully informed of the procedure and costs. Transfers were provided and the driver was courteous and friendly. The patient coordinator was knowledgeable. Dr Selim Guldiken was professional and also talked me through the procedure of having pan optic lenses step by step. The aftercare after each surgery was second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend having this procedure done.

I came in for cardiac ablation. I was very nervous but the doctors and nurses put me at ease. The medical staff were wonderful. My room was spotless. My treatment was first class, food was okay too. All the staff including the cleaning staff were very polite and friendly.

Although my LASIK surgery took place way back when in October 2005, I've continued to visit the clinic in the meantime for regular checkups. I have nothing but praise for the whole team, but special commendations need to go to the following people: (1) Arthur Cummings, who has been absolutely helpful from day 1, has a knack of explaining medical things very clearly and looked after me extremely well during the procedure; (2) Ann-Marie Masterson, who is a consummate professional and has taken excellent care of me and always answered my questions during all of the follow-up and periodic checks since the surgery. Having LASIK surgery at the time was costly, and yes, less expensive options existed in other clinics, but I have no regrets about the cost because (1) I knew from the very first day in the clinic that I was in good hands and (2) an investment in one's eye health needs to be a sound one. It was by far the best investment I've ever made and I continue to reap its benefits to this day. Thank you for everything!
