I went to Bangkok for holiday last May 2019, During my 2nd day of stay, I sent a query to Bangkok Hair Solution(BHS) through email for possible hair transplant since I am suffering from hair loss. A good speaking English BHS staff Ms. Nikki answered my queries with an overview explanation. After exchanging of several emails It`s finally set that I will visit BHS clinic for the first consultation. One of the clinic staff brought me to the clinic from my hotel on their own transportation. The Clinic is pleasant, clean and I felt comfortable. There my head was examined thoroughly and after head nurse discussed to me the plan procedure that fit my head condition. On the day after another operation was set. During the day of my operation BHS doctor,nurse, technician and clinic staff take care of me gentle. Although initial stage of anestesia injection is painful, after that I cannot fell the pain anymore until the operation was completed. The operation took around 7-8 hrs. Food was provided by the clinic for my lunch and dinner. After the operation the clinic staff and the head nurse brought me back to my hotel, they gave to me medicine and cleansing items, explain in detailed the post-operation procedure especially on how to clean my head and proper sleep position. On the next day head nurse visited me in my hotel and clean my donor and transplanted part of my head. The Bangkok Hair Solutions(BHS) team provides me total care as a patient and continues to monitor my hair transplant progress and entertain my further questions if I have. Now it is already 4 months since my operation and the result is amazing, most of the transplanted hair already grew. My confidence is back.
