I had been struggling with thinning hair for a long time, and it really affected my confidence, so I finally decided to get a hair transplant at BHTC because of their attractive pricing and experienced doctor. I was genuinely impressed with the immediate results right after the procedure. The process was much more comfortable than I expected, and I barely felt any pain. By the next day, I was already able to continue my normal daily routine. I’m really happy with my experience here and will definitely recommend it to my friends as well.

I went to BeautUp Clinic for a hair transplant. The surgery (3,000 grafts) took almost 8 hours, with a break for some food (I wanted to go for Indian but was given Thai food, I was told to avoid spicy food for a couple of days), anyway, that is anecdotal. The surgeon and her team (3 young women, in total), were excellent. The manager, Mr. Tong was present at times, always bubbly and ready to lend a hand if anything was needed. I feel that they have done a great job of giving me back some years of happiness. I look forward to seeing the locks of my younger years covering my forehead once again.

I contacted seven transplant clinics with excellent reviews. Most of the clinics responded coldly: send more pictures, reserve 3 months in advance, or just no answer. BHS has a young woman named Rata who answers all your questions instantly even if you email her at 10:00 pm. I had two transplants many years ago so had many questions. I was so impressed with Rata that I offered her a job in my company. BHS is not your typical flash clinic with big advertising and professional YouTube videos. They are a gem in the rough. You are greeted like a long-lost relative then ushered into the surgical suite where they process you like a new Mercedes going through the assembly line. Every tech or doctor knows their assignment and performs it with pride and precision. While you are getting the injections, two women are massaging you. After a few hours, a lunch of delicious Thai food is waiting. The next day, they came to my hotel to clean and bandage the back of my head. I can't comment on my hair as it's only been two days ago, but it looks good. All in all, a wonderful experience performed by a top-notch staff.

Loved this place - nice knowledgeable Doctor who speaks English and was trained in America, Kevalee speaks English pretty fluently and was very helpful. Office was clean. The procedure was cheaper than the quote after an in-person examination. Procedure was done on the day, very organised and got out around 2pm (from arriving 7am) but the procedure was done within a few hours. After the procedure, I was allowed to come back as many times as needed for them to wash my head for me and use the helmet machine. Also there were always other clients but they were all taken care of in the waiting room just as well as me. Glad I chose Hairtran and would choose again if I had to.
