I’ve been a patient twice…2019 and 2023. The first time, I got upper and lower eye lifts, lower facelifts, and chemical peel and stayed overnight with a 1:1 wonderful nurse in the room with me. The next time I got a chemical peel and wanted a neck lift, but was told during consultation that doing another lower facelift would address the neck. So, I did that again. I did not stay overnight because the staff was making so much noise in adjoining rooms that I decided it best to return to my hotel The surgeons are kind and skilled; the nursing staff were more attentive and professional in 2019, but overall fine in 2023. I felt fine caring for myself with the frequent scheduled follow-up visits with nursing and the docs, more than what you’d get in the US. Thrilled with my results. I look 100% natural, just younger, and fresher, and feel way more confident about my appearance. I’d definitely go back in a few years as needed. I trust the doctors 100%.

I went to Dr. Uranga’s clinic for a FUT/FUE hair transplant and it was a great experience. I was nervous at first but he answered all my questions immediately (he speaks English), was very attentive, honest and professional and answered all my questions promptly via WhatsApp weeks before the procedure and during follow-up.
