I would like to thank Dr. Derda Ozer for my surgery and follow-up appointment, as well as Hassan and Zainab from the MDO team. I am especially grateful to Hassan, who served as my host, translating everything for me and taking care of me throughout the process—from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the hospital. I will always be thankful to them for my procedure and for being such excellent hosts. I was well taken care of by Dr. Derda Ozer, and the hospital was well-equipped, with all the necessary facilities. My surgery went well, and on the same day, I was transferred to my hotel. The following day, I had a follow-up appointment. Hassan took me on a tour of Istanbul, visiting Aya Sofya, the Sultanahmet area, and the Blue Mosque. I am very thankful to him for being a great host; he speaks excellent English, explains everything clearly, and is a genuinely positive person, and treated me like an older brother. Regarding my surgery, everything went according to plan like we talked about before my visit. As for the results, I am partially satisfied and still recovering, waiting for the final outcome related to my squint eye. I remain in communication with the MDO team and have been advised to give it three months, as recovery times can vary. I may consider future courses of action later on. If I achieve an 80% correction of my squint, I will be very happy. After my surgery, my eye still shows a slight deviation, and the size of my operated eye is still smaller than that of the other eye. Overall, I am satisfied with the surgery and remain hopeful for the best results. I would definitely recommend MDO, as they are a genuine clinic, and the hospital they use for surgeries has all the necessary facilities and is based in Istanbul. They are a trustworthy company that takes great care of their patients, and without a doubt, they are neither fake nor fraudulent. The staff and team are very honest and generous.

Excellent Care from Dr. Bahadır Akkoç – The Best Ophthalmologist in Antalya My husband and I visited Dr. Bahadır Akkoç on the 8th of May for his trifocal lens surgery, and we were both deeply impressed by the level of care and professionalism we received. From the initial consultation to the post-surgery follow-up, everything was handled with clarity, compassion, and confidence. Dr. Akkoç explained every detail patiently and made us feel completely at ease. The surgery was fast, completely painless, and just two days later, my husband had 100% clear vision — it was truly incredible. He experienced no pain at all, and the results have been life-changing. I came from Finland for surgery with the doctor. As the surgery would be 1/5 of the price of what I would have to pay in in my own home country. I visited the doctor and he examined me and took the time to do all the proper tests to see if I needed the surgery or not. Turns out I had been misdiagnosed and there was no need for the surgery after all!! Though I did not need surgery, I can 100% recommend the doctor since he could have very easily said oh yeah sure let's do it, and just take my money! Overall the doctor was very professional and I could see that he had a lot of expertise and accumulated knowledge and it felt I could trust him. More than that the doctor’s assistant is amazing, speaks very good English, and provided clear and informed communication along the process. Very thankful for their efforts.

Trifocal Lens Replacement (LASIK) I am not a person who normally writes reviews but I feel so strongly about the hugely positive experience from start to finish. First contact was communicating via WhatsApp with Burak. I could sense straight away how genuine he was from the first few messages and was very informative and knowledgeable. He greeted me at the clinic and again it was evident that he is an incredibly kind and helpful gentleman going above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and understood exactly what was happening. We actually ended up having quite a lot in common but he is the type of man that has amazing customer care skills and will ensure all patients are at ease. The customer care from the whole team is absolutely top class from the drivers, all the nurses, the admin staff, obviously Burak and the incredible surgeon Dr Eser Catal. Dr Eser and his team completed the surgery with amazing efficiency and extraordinary skills and I was incredibly relaxed and comfortable the whole time which was not very long. The attention to detail in the theatre was second to none. Absolutely nothing is left to chance and they are incredibly disciplined about cleanliness and procedural rules. Dr Eser is obviously and incredible surgeon but he also has an amazing, caring nature and you feel completely at ease and confident in his care. Immediately after the procedure I wore sun glasses to protect my eyes from the light which is standard. Burak then escorted me from the theatre to the pharmacy next door to organise eye drops and wrote on the boxes a simplified order to apply them 1L and 1R 2L and 2R etc. He escorted me to the waiting VIP transfer waiting and off I went back to my hotel with a pair of glasses in my right hand which were now about as useful as an ashtray on a rollercoaster and in my left hand my mobile phone which I was reading with absolute ease which is absolutely life changing. I was close to tears. Burak with military precision organised a further 2 quick follow up check up appointments and again they check everything is all good. Again, firstly I cannot overemphasise the level of customer care and professionalism I personally received from the whole team. Secondly, the price of this procedure at Orbit is fantastic compared to the UK. It was actually the best priced in Antalya also as I compared various clinics. I organised this around a 2 week family holiday along with some dental work with ease. Thirdly and most importantly, as a 47 year old. man that has worn glasses since I was 16 years old, this has been a life changing experience and I am sitting here reading and wring this review with 20/20 vision. Chose Dr Elsa Borodina on personal recommendation and so far she has completely transformed my flabby arms to ones I'm totally happy with. Elsa is very happy to do revision if necessary at no further cost. I also recently had a thighplasty which is too soon to make a complete review as only 2 weeks in and have alot of swelling. The scar is placed discreetly and very neatly. I have seen Dr Elsa very regularly for checkups and also RV therapy. The staff at the clinic are so lovely special shout out for Nicky and Olga. Oh nearly forgot also Dr Elsa did a mini abdominal lift which I'm also extremely happy with again scar is very neat and well placed. I describe Dr Elsa as a artist and so obviously passionate about her work...5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great value too
