I had Femto LASIK done yesterday, and the entire procedure went smoothly. Throughout the whole process, Dr. Faith explained every single step clearly, which helped me stay calm. Surprisingly, I actually found the procedure quite enjoyable and reassuring. After the surgery, I experienced excessive tearing and some discomfort, but it only lasted a few hours. The prescribed eye drops and painkillers helped manage it well. My vision isn’t fully clear yet, but I think that’s normal at this stage. I can’t wait to see the full results. Overall, it was a positive experience so far.
I was short-sighted with high astigmatism. I had my first consultation for my vision correction, I was eligible for Lasik, iLasik(customised Lasik) and Implantable Contact Lens(ICL). I opted for the iLasik considering my high power and lifetime correction with Dr Alan Koh, who performed the surgery for me. On the day of the surgery, Dr Alan and his OT staffs took real good care of me. During the surgery, Dr Alan continuously informed on what he was doing and that really calmed my nerves down. In 15 minutes, my vision went from blur to clear, just like his motto. Apart from Dr Alan, the optometrists like Ryan, Joanne and Jyothi were very helpful.
Visited on a Sunday evening and was examined and treated by Dr Tan S.E. She was attentive to my condition (conjunctivisits of both eyes) and addressed my concerns attentively. Tried messaging their WhatsApp hotline for appointment confirmation but ended up calling them after 2 hours to let them know ahead of time that I will be walking in.
