In 2011, Dr. Gan achieved his Master of Medicine in Ophthalmology in University Science Malaysia. Normah Medical Specialist Centre is located in Sarawak, Malaysia. Facilities include delivery suites, ambulance service, endoscopy suite, a ten bedded Intensive care unit, a nine bedded high dependency unit, operating theatres, special baby care units and modern diagnostic equipment.
