A surgeon whose personal motto of “Seeing is believing” signifies Dr. Adrian’s dedication in helping patients regain their vision and see their best. After graduating from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College in India, Dr. Adrian was subsequently attached to the various general hospitals from Kuala Lumpur to Sarawak. In the meantime, he attained his Fellowship of International Council of Ophthalmology (ICO) and also served at the University Malaya Medical Center.
Following the successful completion of his Masters in Ophthalmology from University Malaya in 2009, Dr. Adrian was attached to Johor Bahru General Hospital as Consultant Ophthalmologist, where he achieved Certification for Good Clinical Practice by the Clinical Research Centre of the Ministry of Health. He has also co-authored numerous medical papers on eye diseases, and generously contributes his time at NGOs to serve the public with free eye screenings.
Since joining VISTA in 2010, Dr. Adrian being one of the youngest surgeon in the region to be invited to present his clinical findings and research to international doctors in the Taiwan Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery Congress (TSCRS) in 2011 and the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons Congress (ESCRS) in 2012 and 2013.
