My husband went for earwax removal (elsewhere) and came out deaf. Apparently not common but can happen and can be temporary or permanent. We went to a few specialists none of whom helped so I remembered John Lloyd who had helped me in the past. We made an appointment and John was very knowledgeable and thorough. It was a great meeting and we really feel that John has helped us. We have two new hearing aids on the way and are hopeful these will really help. I would recommend John anytime.

David is very professional and friendly. I visited the centre last year for micro suction wax removal and posed quite a challenge for him. After a long time of suffering hearing loss was delighted with the results. I have just been back to him for the same treatment and again, very friendly and efficient. David also fitted my elderly mum with hearing aids last year, after years of not being able to be involved in group conversations, it has changed her life. They fit so well and comfortably she forgets she is wearing them. I would highly recommend David at Bramhall, nothing is too much trouble for him and he offers such a personal and friendly service.
