Very impressed with the service at this practice, having moved from another in N. Bristol. The reception staff are helpful and friendly. Nurses very professional and waiting times low, and I have never had to wait very long for an appointment. GP care is excellent, with detailed advice, clear communication, and thorough followup by phone call, particularly Dr. Betterton over a complex and long term medical issue.

Just to say how pleased my wife and I are that we joined Ryalls Park. The reception staff are always welcoming, friendly, and cheerful, whether face-to-face or on the telephone. The triage system for appointments works well. My GP consultation was superb; an excellent doctor. I was not rushed, and he explained everything really well. I owe him a big thank you, as while examining for a rash on my leg, he picked up on the possibility of DVT. Through his efforts, this was confirmed the next day at YDH. Also, the pharmacy is equally good—excellent all around.
