Foundation66 Long Yard provides residential alcohol detoxification in the centre of London. What we doLong Yard is a unique 16 bed residential detox which provides supervised alcohol withdrawal for dependent drinkers. Residents stay for up to three weeks.  Many of our residents need a place of safety for stabilisation, full assessment and withdrawal from alcohol, as part of a complete care package. The service is staffed by a highly-experienced team of  practitioners providing 24 hour staff cover and registered with the Care Quality Commission. NHS and non NHS general medical services of a high standard are provided at this primary healthcare clinic located at Patmos Road in London. Home visits are arranged for bed bound and severely ill patients. Repeat prescriptions are provided under the supervision of doctors.
