I went to The Ailesbury Clinic after being disappointed by another high profile clinic for a sagging neckline issue. I was amazed at the first FREE consultation with a lovely registered nurse Rebecca that although I wasn't a suitable candidate for Elexis, they are so honest not money grabbers she actually brought me through to the lovely Patrick himself! he assessed me and gave me hope. Then COVID! I got a call from Ailesbury after that and went in again to see if threads would work. Elexis would have been an option with threads but I have a titanium implant in my shoulder so that ruled that out. Patrick again came in he's just so kind and genius with his time and discussed with Dr.Kielty on other options I've never seen such effort put in. When Patrick even went to dig out an older version called Polaris there was no consent form - No stopping him there .....he called me into his office and gave me the number of a specialist in this area who does Not Advertise...he turned down money said no point if it wasn't going to give me the results I wanted. This is rare in society now. I had 2 visits the staff were wonderful (thanks Marie also) and I will go back in a heartbeat as there are no gimmicks, videos or brochures promising the sun, moon and stars and would recommend them to anyone. Another fantastic surprise despite the prestige I was also amazed that the prices were within anyone's reach and some "Skin Clinics" ask more. I can see how much you really care and your success is not just down to your brilliance as an Aesthetic Doctor but Supreme Customer Service. Today I was at my 3rd Morphesus8 facial. My face already looks amazing. Karen and Dr. Raj are absolute professionals. When I was looking for a clinic, professionalism and quality were the most important criteria. I got these. The clinic is beautiful clean and uses modern technology. The lady at reception is very kind and helpful. I am very satisfied. Thank you! Highly recommend.

I loved my facial yesterday with Lena. This was my first time having a professional facial like this. I was really looking forward to it and I wasn't disappointed. I felt so relaxed during my facial. I loved the relaxing music it was lovely and I really enjoyed it when she gave me a message on my neck and back during the treatment. I would definitely book in with Lena again. My face had a lovely glow afterwards. My face feels so soft.

I recently visited here to have a mole removed. The receptionist was extremely helpful and is very client orientated. Dr Imran Malik and his wife were very welcoming and explained all of the procedure to me. The treatment only took a few minutes and there was hardly any pain. I am booked in for a follow-up appointment in 2 weeks to assess the results and see if I need a second procedure. It was good quality for the price and I am happy with the result so far.
