Had fantastic service and a treatment that is working for me. The staff are very caring and helpful, they are also very gentle.

Marion Yau and the people at her clinic are excellent. Although they were fully booked for 3 weeks when I called, given the urgent nature of my situation, they saw my son early the next morning. Marion shared clearly all the options for treatment and the pros and cons of each and provided her suggestion of the best approach. She is extremely thorough and professional. She treated my son, and provided all the bandages and coverings as well as the antibiotics. I have four sons and have seen many medical professionals and Marion is tops.

Very impressive all around - many thanks to Marion and Stephanie who took great care of me in the last 12 months - managing to completely eliminate an ugly fungal nail infection (affecting 3 nails on each foot) that had proved impervious to previous treatment attempts for many years. They were so friendly and professional that it was a pleasure to visit the clinic. I was really impressed with the multi layered approach - cold laser , pills, topical treatment and infection control. They have more radical approaches if needed but I didn't need them . I can wholeheartedly recommend Marion and her team

Marion Yau and her assistant were very professional and efficient when removing my ingrown thickened toenail. I was not nervous about the procedure because I immediately felt in safe hands. I saw her interview on Breakfast Television. It was very good value for money and I will recommend her for this type of procedure. Her surgery is clean and bright and she has a wonderful personality.

The follow-up visit 48 hours after was to check on the progress of the toenail and she showed how to clean and dress the toenail. Marion also gave me antibiotics and painkillers, but I was not in pain at all. Over the experience was very very pleasant and I am so happy. Thank you, Marion.

I came in with a horrible infection all over my toes, I tried having treatments in Australia but every podiatrist said that it was not treatable, Dr Marion and Stephanie were incredibly empathetic, helped calm my fears through the whole process and actually gave me hope, they were so understating and their approach was tailored to me, not one size fits all. I started seeing significant results even 1 month in, and after 3 months I felt confident to be able show my toes in public and 6 months after that my toes were completely clear and free of infection!!! I’m so so happy. Especially as a young female in my 20’s it felt so tormenting but I am so happy now.

My daughter Anna was 14 when we first came to Harley Street and has been suffering from severe fungal nail infection for almost 10 years. We tried all sorts of treatments before mostly topical lacquer treatment that is available over the counter but nothing helped. I have had issues with a thickened toe nail for many years, which I have tried and failed to treat myself as my GP was totally not interested in, despite it causing pain.
The best option for me was to have the toenail completely removed, which was carried out very efficiently and professionally. On the day of the procedure everything was explained to me and Marion only moved onto the next step once she was sure I was comfortable and understood what was going to happen.

There were no surprises and I felt in control at all times. Once the anaesthetic kicked in I didn’t feel a thing and was fascinated by the whole procedure. Recovery was also painless thanks to Marion’s advice and list of supplies that I would need to change the dressing, all of which were sent to me in advance I am now looking forward to a healthy nail regrowth. Marion is quite simply the BEST.
