A warm welcome, followed by fantastic customer service. Made me feel at ease from the commencement of the session and explain to the procedure throughout. Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.

I decided to go to the Harley Street Foot Clinic after reading about Marion’s success in treating many different foot problems. I had bad toe-nail fungus and was ashamed of my feet, hence I was nervous when meeting Marion and her colleagues for the first time. I need not have worried as I was put at ease very quickly on this issue. How kind they all are. Marion explained, very clearly, the course of treatment I should follow. She has such a sunny personality so that, even though she is entirely professional, this first visit was an unexpected pleasure. Later, she was caring and understanding when I ran into difficulties with oral medication, and I am very grateful that she encouraged me to continue with laser treatment when this happened. The laser treatments were very effective but, as expected, I needed several sessions. Now, the toe-nail fungus has gone and my nails are looking so much better. Latterly, I saw more of Stephanie and Sahar. They too were invariably professional and optimistic; both were always cheerful and encouraging. I also really enjoyed my sessions with them. Marion, Stephanie and Sahar are an excellent team – it’s hard to imagine a more professional, caring and friendly group of people working on one’s feet. I recommend Marion’s clinic unreservedly, no matter the foot problem.

I had a mole removed from my back. The procedure was explained to me beforehand and they also gave me a post treatment information sheet. They also informed me that if there was any post procedure problems I could return to the clinic which is reassuring. The reason I chose this clinic was because I live only a couple of minutes away and I wanted to stay local. Dr. Davis did a fantastic job, and the aftercare instructions were straightforward and emailed to me. Over the next few weeks, the healing went smoothly, and the scars have faded nicely. At my follow-up, I was relieved to learn all the moles were benign. I can't recommend Dr. Marcus Davis and City Dermatology Clinic enough. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. If you're worried about moles or need a skin check, definitely give them a try.

"I had a big yellow growth on my eyelid, like a fatty lump, a cyst or something. I started looking for cyst removal but I was struggling to find anyone who would do it. I was told it was lipoma or xanthelasma. I found London Laser and Pigmentation Clinic who said they do cyst removal/lipoma removal. So many clinics said they couldn't!
