I have attended this clinic over the last few years and have always been made to feel so special by Viki, the clinical receptionist. She is always so pleasant and professional and always has a ‘listening ear’ which is much appreciated. The treatments which I have received from Sumi include the hydro facial treatment. This has been amazing and following my treatments I have received numerous compliments from friends and family as to how good my skin looks. Sumi is an asset to the practice and always makes me feel so special. Miranda the aesthetic nurse, is in my opinion the best clinician in her field and is so knowledgable and professional. I would highly recommend this practice and I would not go anywhere else for my treatments.

I was inspired to try the facial treatments at LAC by a friend. I must say the experience was amazing and I am over the moon at the results. My beauty therapist Harshika explained everything in detail that she was going to do during my treatment; it was relaxing and enjoyable. I have booked further treatments as part of the package and look forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend!

Dr Ash does a great job in providing safe and natural-looking filler, she has expertly enhanced my nose and lips. I've also had several Lumecca treatments for my rosacea/thread veins. The clinic is always very professional and welcoming. Since my first 3 treatments, I have had compliments from friends saying how much clearer my skin is and I no longer need to hide behind foundation daily!

First-time visit to this gorgeous clinic for me after previously travelling to London for my treatments. I was made to feel very welcome and had everything explained to me. I had lips, cheeks and jaw done and I am over the moon with my results. This is most definitely a hidden gem in Maidstone and I highly recommend this place to everyone looking to have aesthetic treatment. I have had a few appointments now with the clinic to have my nails done. The staff are really lovely and so friendly. Always feel very welcome and enjoy my experience. Fab job too. I would def recommend a visit.

Excellent clinic. Kathy put my 11year old daughter at ease. She was very friendly and professional. The results were amazing and we even had a nice follow up call the next day to make sure all was ok. My daughter had a large skin tag removed under her eye. I contacted Austin's clinic as he provided the procedure I wanted more information on. Our meeting was informal and informative and Austin was open and honest with me. I came away more knowledgeable about what my options were and the costs involved.

I approached the Laser Clinic with a view to having a large skin tag removed which I felt quite self- conscious about. I was given an appointment time to undergo a preliminary examination to make sure everything was OK and asked to give a statement of medical health to see that everything was satisfactory. A price was given which I was very happy with, and I decided that I would proceed with the treatment. Everything was carried out in a very professional manner. I am very satisfied with the treatment that I have received to date and would recommend this service.

Absolutely amazing the treatment plan of which Mr Simon's advised and spoke about. The results are truly PC, treatment morpheus8 plus a few more treatments. It was convenient for me to go to this clinic as it was only about ten miles away. They also had reasonable rates for skin tag removals. The treatment was absolutely great value, and they gave me a much better price than the other places I’d consulted. The removal left no scar behind - I healed perfectly. The clinic was lovely. I received a warm welcome from the person at reception and had no problems with the service at all. Before I went through with anything, they let me know I’d probably only need one visit, but that I could come back if I wasn’t satisfied. Everything was smooth and professionally-run.
